Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol에서의 첫 번째 숙박이 아니며 마지막 숙박이 아닐 것입니다. 그러나 우리는 다른 서비스에 익숙합니다. 이번에는 방이 Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol에 익숙한 것만큼 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 방은 구식이었습니다.

Wir sind nach vielen Jahren wieder zu Gast gewesen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es gibt einen wunderschönen neuen SPA Bereich, nach wie vor existiert der traumhafte Outdoorpool - das nachmittagliche Schwimmen in der Dämmerung werde ich sehr vermissen. Die Suite war sehr modern und trotzdem dem ”österreichischem” Umfeld angpasst. Die Dekorationen wurden von Fr. Pfurtscheller persönlich kreiert, ein absolutes Augen-Highlight zu Sylvester. Unser Service (Karl-Heinz, Olivia, Kostas und Jürgen von der Bar) war mega nett und zuvorkommend. Das Speisenangebot bot mehr, als das Herz begeht. Das Mitternächtliche zweite Sylvestermenü, sowie das tolle Feuerwerk war TOP - alles in allem ein ausgesprochen schöner Urlaub. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, zur Cafezeit sass gerne mal der ein oder andere Gast im Bademantel im Restaurant bzw. Barbereich. Empfand ich als nicht so passend für ein 5* Hotel.

Hotel Klosterbräu is a very special place in a remarkable location. It is less of a 'stay' at the Klosterbräu and more of an experience, with service, dining, spa, entertainment and facilities all first class. I have been here four times now - the most recent with my fiancée. The hotel has seen a number of impressive developments since my first visit in 2011, but it continues to effortlessly balance its 500-year heritage with the finest modern luxury and comfort. It is always such a wrench to leave, but the Klosterbräu is also somewhere that stays with you over the months and years, as you look forward to your next visit. Had stayed here last year with a group of friends. Liked it so much that I came back with the family. This year the stay was even better. First of all the staff is super friendly. They make you feel welcome, they take care of you and your family and they really go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. The rooms are great. All the materials are of high quality. No comprises. Nice bathrooms, great beds, and also the sheets are superior. And, we got an upgrade for free. That was a pleasant surprise, particularly as we now were able to give our two boys a separate bedroom. At the risk of being too complimentary, everything about our stay was the best. Breakfast nice, fresh products, just the right amount of attention. Price-quality wise the guests are really winning in this hotel. We rented our ski's there, arranged the ski passes with them, and all was done in a smooth and easy way. Top ski materials. We enjoyed the spa, the pool. We will definetly come back. One comment I read somewhere else I can confirm: it's warm in the hotel. But as outside there is snow and ice, that is really nice. Oh and finally, a shout out to Oskar. Great guy who helped with a lot, including the charging of our electrical vehicle.
