위치는 매우 좋습니다. 레드 라인 24번 역 바로 위에 있습니다. 사진 10은 역의 입구와 출구를 위층에서 찍어서 얼마나 가까운지 보여줍니다. 게다가 호텔 냄새가 너무 좋아서 사람들을 편안하게 해주는 향이 너무 좋아요. 버즈 칼리파 전망 객실을 예약했는데 호텔에서 31층에 발코니가 있는 객실을 배정해 줬는데, 체크인할 때 문을 열기 전에 프런트 데스크에 발코니 열쇠를 달라고 해야 했어요. 그래서 저는 특별히 발코니가 있는 방을 예약했습니다. 그 방의 경우, 체크인할 때 방에서 연기 냄새가 나면 벌금 400디르함을 지불해야 한다고 가게에서 반복적으로 안내했습니다. 또한 비용을 지불해야 했습니다. 체크인할 때 보증금 500디르함. 체크아웃 후 몇 시간 후에 마스터 신용카드를 사용하여 승인했는데 내 계좌로 환불되어 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔 조식은 아파트 호텔 치고는 종류가 많지는 않지만 음료, 디저트, 과일, 치즈, 요구르트, 주식 등이 있습니다. 최근 두바이에 가본 친구가 있다면 꼭 가서 경험해 보시길 권합니다. 비용 대비 효과가 매우 좋습니다.

이 호텔에 머무는 것은 이번이 두 번째입니다. 아침 식사와 체육관은 그 어느 때보다 좋습니다. 호텔 근처에 지하철역, 맛있는 레스토랑, 슈퍼마켓 등이 있습니다. 서비스도 매우 세심하고 프론트 데스크의 응답도 빠릅니다.

My husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!

very bad experience. I requested a value per night for a months stay for two rooms. They gave me a value that they only fulfilled for 7 days and then when I went to pay they told me that the amount had increased due to Eid. I wrote to the manager again but he still raised the price per night even more so I had leave the hotel in search of another alternative. the manager Mr. Deepak Thapar is not clear about the dates or the seasons. It is not possible for it to indicate a value and then increase it. when I took out my things to move and indicated that would leave this complaint on the website, they asked me for the room number and made me a better offer. So I decided to get out of there, even so, I don't respect the first value we agreed on. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THERE IS NOT SERIOUSNESS. I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Hotel location is good, too many food options, parking rate for guest should be fixed the parking guy took 30/- aed as the standard price is 20/- aed for the hotel guests. Check in was smooth, Reception lady staff was very fast with the check in process. Overall the stay was good

조금: 방이 크고 가격이 저렴합니다. 호텔 문앞에 아부다비로 가는 셔틀버스가 있고, 바로 옆에 주유소가 있습니다. 슈퍼마켓뿐만 아니라 매우 비용 효율적입니다. 단점: 바닥에 있는 찻잔이 특별히 깨끗하지 않습니다. 물이 쏟아져 나와 감히 마실 수가 없습니다. 호텔의 방음이 별로 좋지 않습니다. 그 옆에 있는 길. 기타: 체크인 시 보증금을 내셔야 하고, 체크아웃 시 시설 점검을 하셔야 합니다. 객실 점검 중에 냉장고 서랍 하나가 고장났다고 하더군요. 다행히도 제가 설명을 한 후에도 프런트 데스크에서는 여전히 요금을 청구하지 않았습니다.
