ホテルゾーンの中にあり、空港から車で30分ほどの位置にあります。ホテルのロビーから直接海に繋がっており全体的には綺麗なイメージでした。着くとウェルカムドリンクももらえます。近くにはOXXOと呼ばれるコンビニや、レストラン、スーパーマーケットも徒歩５分圏内なので大変便利です。

ロケーションはどこへ行くにも便利で最高です。 チェックインのとき、部屋を間違えて案内されたり、日にちを間違えた(？)など、理由のわからないことを言われました。最後は、ちゃんと予約通りの部屋に案内してくれましたが… エントランスは綺麗ですが、部屋は古いです。 午前中はお湯が出ない。水道から茶色い水が出てきます。 学生の団体客が宿泊しており、深夜も大声で廊下で話しうるさかったです。深夜４時頃にドアを叩かれたりイタズラされました。

Very bad experience at hotel check in, booked weeks ago with dm88.shop confirming a 4 day stay for 2 adults 2 children , at arriving at the hotel they charged me full fee for a children for 4 days as an extra adult even though it was booked as 2 adults 2 children on dm88.shop , I requested help from dm88.shop and they told me. Very nicely in about 6 occasions trough my 4 day stay that they where finding out what happened , to this day neither the hotel or dm88.shop has come forward with an explication of why they charged me differently from my booking, I will be staying in this hotel due to his location sometime in the future but I will do it trough their webpage, no need to book trough dm88.shop needless to say a disingenuous booking , I had a previous booking with Agoda, but dm88.shop was cheaper for the exactly same type of reservation so I decided to tried it out BIG Mistake, it seems they lower the cost of this reservation to bring costumers to their website, so much to expect from a Chinese base company, I learned my lesson.

1. Good location close to Cancun center. 2. there was a long line to only check in before we arrived there early, after 3:00 pm another long wait to receive room's wristband. 2.We was charged $3.00 at checkout because my room's mini bar had been opened, even though no items were taken out. We were never told of this policy and don't believe it's fair to be charged. 3.Hot water is weak.

The room was very dirty. Dust everywhere, stained sheets, and bathroom was very dirty. But the location was perfect.

Best hotel I've stayed at! The location is perfect for night-goers and is located in a good vicinity of some restaurants. The staff and service was amazing, ensuring the place is always well taken care of and secure... and let's not even get started on its phenomenal location next to the beach.
